• QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the RE curriculum at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 a bonus)
• A love of literature, language, and helping students express themselves

• Deliver creative, engaging lessons that develop literacy and analytical skills
• Support students’ confidence in reading, writing, and speaking
• Prepare learners for key assessments including GCSEs
• Foster inclusive, inspiring classroom environments that celebrate expression and critical thought
