An educational support organization is seeking a Behaviour Mentor / Cover Supervisor to work in Plymouth. The role involves supporting pupils with emotional and social needs, providing classroom cover, and managing behaviour in both secondary and specialist school settings. Ideal candidates will have experience in educational support, strong behaviour management skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, term-time only.
