Internal Opportunity:
Clinical Educator (9–12 Months Secondment, 22.5 hrs per Week)

We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for an exciting 9–12 month secondment opportunity to step into the role of Clinical Educator
, starting in early May
.

This secondment will be for 22.5 hours per week
, allowing the successful candidate to remain in their current clinical role for the remainder of the week
, ensuring continuity within their department while gaining valuable experience in clinical education.

The Clinical Educator will play a key role in supporting staff development, strengthening clinical skills, and promoting a positive learning culture across the organisation. You will work closely with Clinical Governance and HoDs to develop training pathways, deliver training, support new starters, and help maintain compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements.
