We are looking to expand our team of Invigilators to join our friendly team in the running of all public and internal examinations at UTC (Ofsted Good 2023) and Milllbay throughout the academic year.

• Supervise students taking public and internal exams to ensure the smooth running of exams
• Prepare exam rooms, distribute and collect exam papers in accordance with the JCQ regulations
• Work with school staff, candidates and other invigilators before, during and after exams
• Provide clear instructions to students, answer any queries, and ensure all exam procedures are followed accurately

• Highly organised, attentive to detail, and able to maintain a calm, professional demeanour in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a reassuring presence in the Examination Room
• Previous experience in a supervisory or educational role desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently, ensuring exam conditions are secure and the integrity of the testing process is upheld at all times
