• Delivering pre‑planned, creative, and engaging lessons across the Primary curriculum.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Providing live feedback to pupils during the school day.
• Collaborating with a supportive team of teaching assistants and year‑group leaders.

• Strict 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM hours. When the bell rings, your workday is done.
• No planning and prep. Regain your evenings and weekends. The curriculum and resources are fully ready for you.
• Focus on what matters: spend 100% of your energy on teaching and inspiring children, not filling out paperwork.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching within Early Years, KS1, or KS2.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and an adaptable, positive attitude.
• An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness for one).
