Overview

This vacancy is only available for applications from existing Internal Plymouth City Council employees and Agency Workers who are in an active placement within the HROD directorate and have 12 weeks continuous service. Applications submitted by External candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered and will be rejected.

About the role

We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for a permanent HR Culture Assistant position within the Apprenticeships & Early Careers branch of the OD team – the role profile is attached.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the continued delivery of our early careers work streams and contribute to high-quality programmes that enable individuals to start and grow their careers with Plymouth City Council.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate
  • A sound working knowledge of early careers activity (e.g., work experience, career pathways, or outreach)
  • Practical experience of supporting or delivering early careers initiatives
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
