3) - Andover Primary Schools
Time Plan Education are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for various assignments in primary schools across Andover. These positions include temporary and longer-term roles.

We are looking for passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team. If you are dedicated to education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students with their learning through one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level
3). - Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring and compassionate approach towards students.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
