Kidgate Academy is a larger than average Primary School set within spacious and welcoming grounds, serving over 400 pupils aged 4 to 11 in the heart of Louth. Each year group benefits from at least two teachers and teaching assistants working collaboratively to deliver a curriculum tailored to individual learning styles and abilities.

Our team of dedicated staff embody this, and we are looking for two enthusiastic, passionate Teaching Assistants, who will share this ethos to enhance our existing outstanding teaching team.

• To assist students, including those with SEN, to maximise access to the curriculum.
• To work under the direction of the teacher in a class-based environment using teaching aides and other methods of support.
• To help support and promote the Academy behaviour policy.
