Overview
High View School is seeking a Mealtime Assistant to join the lunchtime team, to lead play and supervise the children during their lunchtime break. The role includes supporting children in the lunch hall, organising team games, providing first aid support and pastoral care to pupils.
Responsibilities- Promote positive behaviour and safe active play in the playground.
- Supervise children during lunchtime, encouraging healthy eating, table manners and good hygiene.
- Work with other school staff and the wider community to translate the school mission into action.
High View School is an outstanding primary school (Ofsted, November 2024), with around 350 pupils (including nursery provision). The school offers a purpose-built building and varied outside play and learning environments, supporting ambitious and relevant learning for all.
