Five Education is seeking a Learning Mentor to support a busy Alternative Provision and its pupils. You will work on-site and in community settings, building trust, supporting wellbeing and re-engaging learners with tailored guidance.
The role focuses on mentoring one-to-one and in small groups, developing life skills and resilience, while collaborating with families, schools and professionals to help each child feel valued and understood.
