Elementa, on behalf of Elmtree Sands School, seeks an experienced SEND Teacher to join the initial teaching team in Plymouth. The role focuses on learners with autism, SEMH, trauma, and PDA, starting 1 September 2026. The position is full-time with a 60-day paid trial, offering MPS/UPS pay scales depending on experience.
Applicants should be fully qualified with UK QTS; ECTs cannot be considered. The role involves delivering an adapted curriculum, high-quality lessons, and supporting learners
