AE Talent Solutions represents a leading prison education provider recruiting an Assistant Education Manager at HMP Onley. You will work with the Education Manager and SLT to shape education provision, support staff and deliver engaging learning that prepares learners for work and further study.
You will oversee curriculum delivery across vocational and academic subjects, ensure standards, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in learner outcomes and recruitment.
