Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Track and support pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to year group and whole‑school initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and needs. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote the welfare of all pupils.

Qualified Teacher Status with experience in Key Stage
2. Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and effective classroom practice. Ability to inspire, motivate, and support pupils of all abilities. Excellent organisational, assessment, and communication skills. A reflective practitioner committed to professional growth and team collaboration.
