The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to become one of four specialist Sector Skills Development Leads responsible for designing the future of defence skills education.
As the specialist lead for this discipline, you will work with employers, defence organisations and industry partners to identify emerging skills requirements and translate these into innovative education and training programmes.
Working collaboratively with the other specialist leads, you will develop new curriculum, pilot training programmes, strengthen employer engagement and build the capability of existing teaching teams to deliver sustainable, industry-leading provision across the Defence Skills Hub.
