Teaching Personnel is seeking a confident SEN Outreach Teaching Assistant to support children not in mainstream education across Plymouth and surrounding areas. You will work in homes, community settings and specialist provision to help pupils re-engage with learning and build confidence.
The role involves delivering 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, managing behaviour, and collaborating with schools and families to meet individual needs and EHCP goals.
