SJH is an excellent school that has improved immensely in recent years and, as a result, has been oversubscribed for the last five years. Non-teaching professionals at Sir John Hunt are key to supporting the educational and personal development needs of our students. We pride ourselves on developing both support and teaching staff, with dedicated training days to support their continued professional development.

We are seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified Careers Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, aware of the changing needs of the workplace and keen to ensure that we fully prepare our students for the demands of the 21st century. The ability to work with young adults of all abilities is essential and you must have excellent one-to-one guidance and group work skills.

You must be proactive in forging wide links with universities, professional associations, and businesses.

The ideal candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and possess a Level 6 Diploma in Career Information and Advice. We welcome applications from highly motivated and experienced individual with the vision and ability to commit towards the team.

Greenshaw Learning Trust is a highly successful multi academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools.
