Pay: £93–£98 per day
Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm
Start: ASAP
Role- Supporting secondary-aged students with learning disabilities and SEND
- Working within the school's dedicated SEND unit
- Providing support in lessons across the school
- Helping students stay engaged, focused and supported throughout the school day
- Building positive and trusting relationships with students
- Supporting behaviour and helping students manage challenges appropriately
- Setting clear, consistent boundaries while maintaining a calm and positive approach
- Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
- Experienced working with children or vulnerable adults
- Confident, resilient and patient
- Comfortable supporting students with additional needs
- Able to establish clear and consistent boundaries
- Calm and confident when managing challenging situations
- Positive, approachable and able to build strong relationships
- A reliable team player who is committed to supporting students to achieve their potential
- Previous experience within a school or SEND environment is desirable, but relevant transferable experience working with children or vulnerable adults will also be considered.
