Prince Rock Primary School is seeking an exceptional and ambitious Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and help drive our vision of providing outstanding education and opportunities for every child.

About the Role

As Assistant Headteacher, you will:

  • Play a key role in the strategic leadership and management of the school.
  • Lead and drive school improvement initiatives that positively impact outcomes for pupils.
  • Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in delivering the school's vision and priorities.
  • Champion high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across the school.
  • Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to achieve excellence in practice.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community.
