Role:Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary
Pay Rate:£95 – £115 per day
Location:Hull & East Yorkshire
Castle Education is growing its work with schools across Hull and East Yorkshire, and we are looking to speak with Teaching Assistants who want to find the right school, working pattern and role for them.
Through our relationships with local schools and Multi Academy Trusts, alongside our position as an approved supplier on the Government Commercial Agency framework, we are building a strong local team of Teaching Assistants to support both primary and secondary settings.
We are interested in hearing from experienced TAs as well as people who have relevant experience supporting children and young people and are looking to develop their career within education.
The roles can vary considerably. You could be supporting pupils within a primary classroom, working alongside subject teachers in a secondary school, providing targeted interventionworkor helping individual pupils access learning.
Key responsibilities may include:- Supporting pupils within the classroom and during learning activities
- Working with individuals and small groups
- Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
- Supporting literacy,numeracy and targeted interventions
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
