HV Contracts Coordinator
Aureos are seeking a HV Contracts Coordinator to cover COMA (Control of Operations and Maintenance Agreements) and OMA (Operations and Maintenance Agreements) from our Plymouth Strategic Private Networks Depot covering the Southwest.
This role will report to the HV (High Voltage) Manager and in conjunction with the SAPs (Senior Authorised Persons) and will be responsible to deliver High voltage Inspections and Maintenance contracts to our key clients.
All necessary systems training will be given with an agreed progression route and necessary mentoring in place. Support to the business, and other departments as required.
Tasks and duties- Will be based within the Plymouth HV office.
- To monitor and update client inspection and maintenance dates and requirements.
- To monitor, update and plan work programme.
- Ensure documents are templated correctly.
- To provide competitive quotations for annual inspections and planned maintenance of HV private network equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and order necessary materials for works as required.
- To monitor and issue waste transfer documentation as necessary.
- To prepare associated job packs and health and safety plans.
- To prepare inspection/maintenance reports and issue to client.
- Liaise with engineers/technicians to form quotations for any remedial works required.
- Liaise with administration team to raise work orders, purchase orders & invoices as necessary.
- To monitor progress of works and notify manager of forecasted revenue.
- To monitor stock levels of insulating oil and essential spares.
