Mitie is seeking a CAFM & Compliance Lead to manage CAFM across Corsham and Armada (Plymouth). The role involves asset management, adding assets, and creating PPM schedules in line with manufacturers and SFG
20 standards.
You will be the single point of contact for Maximo, coordinating data for stakeholders and ensuring consistency across contracts. Key duties include administering the CAFM system, supplying accurate data to stakeholders, and providing Maximo training to team members.
