Our continued success in supporting many of the UK’s main utility providers and major infrastructure developers brings significant growth across the group, creating opportunities for Senior Consultants to join our teams. The roles can be based in any of our 40 offices in major cities in the UK and Ireland, and hybrid working allows enhanced work‑life balance.

As a Senior Consultant you will identify wider improvement opportunities for clients to reduce risk and/or improve effectiveness and efficiency. You will build internal and external relationships to guide and influence client strategic thinking and raise the profile of our Advisory Services group, with the overall aim of building and growing the Stantec business.

Working alongside our leaders, you will develop and deliver innovative system‑based solutions throughout the entire asset lifecycle and support asset management subjects to enable our clients to solve their most complex problems. You will support our Client Service and Technical Directors with the development and delivery of programmes, projects and technical outputs.

You will have knowledge of whole‑life asset management principles and regulatory concepts, and working experience within a regulated sector such as water, energy or related infrastructure. You will be comfortable working collaboratively to develop asset management strategies that deliver value for our clients, and you will be a strategic, critical thinker with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
