Key Skills

• Recognised Qualification in Manufacturing or Operations related field
• Experience with in a Project Management, Engineering or Planning Role
• Strong working knowledge of Software such as AutoCAD

The Role

In this role you will be scoping and managing the site engineering, buildings and services projects as well as supervising external contractors. You will be helping to continue to progress as a successful business by identifying and implementing the best available technology to improve site efficiency, meet customer specifications, legislation, reduce energy consumption and the factory carbon footprint. You will effectively negotiate prices working with the procurement team and will provide detailed reports on asset performance by maintaining and presenting regular KPIs.

There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
