Discount Dental Care Plymouth based manufacturing company, known for their high-quality products, is seeking a talented Senior Process Engineer / CI Engineer to the growing team. The company supplies to some of the largest companies worldwide and is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria to apply.

Responsibilities include:

Drive operational excellence by developing and refining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that boost productivity and reduce costs.
Leverage lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to build a collaborative and effective network.

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering or related field with a strong foundation in process engineering principles.
Significant experience in process engineering, with a track record of successfully optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational improvements.
Excellent knowledge & implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and challenges in a dynamic industry.
