Plessey Semiconductors is seeking a Technical Lead Epitaxy in Plymouth to drive the development of epitaxial growth processes for Micro
LED technology. In this role, you will oversee MOCVD process development and collaborate with R&D, ensuring high-quality results in device performance.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in AsP epitaxy, with hands-on skills in lab environments, and will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers.
