Salford City Council is seeking a Group Leader Highway Design to lead a high-profile highways team in delivering schemes across the city and wider Greater Manchester. You will manage feasibility studies, detailed design, and on-site supervision, shaping projects from concept to delivery.
The role requires Chartered membership with ICE/CIHT, extensive AutoCAD experience, and strong leadership and stakeholder skills, with a focus on safety, standards and value-for-money.
