Practice Plus Group is seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join the hospital estates team in Plymouth. You will maintain critical electrical, HVAC and building systems to support safe, continuous clinical services in a regulated healthcare setting.
You will perform PPM and reactive tasks, monitor plant via the Building Management System, and ensure compliance with fire safety, water hygiene and electrical standards. An on-call rota and supervising contractors are part of the role.
