Rolls-Royce plc is seeking an Optimisation Engineer – Submarines at Devonport to identify and implement maintenance optimisation initiatives for Royal Navy submarines, focusing on NSRP and related systems.
You will analyse maintenance tasks, justify changes, and collaborate with MOD, Submarine Enterprise partners, and internal teams to deliver optimised maintenance solutions that reduce downtime and increase submarine availability.
