We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Manufacturing Engineering team as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at our Pitstone site.

Your Role As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will lead and drive strategic continuous improvement initiatives across our aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations. Acting as a senior technical expert within Manufacturing Engineering, you will be responsible for improving turnaround time (TAT), yield, on-time delivery, cost performance, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. You will work collaboratively with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams to implement innovative technologies, optimise manufacturing and repair processes, introduce best-practice methodologies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

Job Requirements Essential Bachelor 's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related engineering discipline

Demonstrable experience in manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement within a complex engineering environment

Strong working knowledge of Part 145

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Desirable

Experience with in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations

Experience deploying APQP standards and quality tools

Knowledge of CAD, CAM and process simulation tools
