Cipher Search is partnering with a well-established civil engineering contractor to recruit an Operations Manager for RC frame and groundworks delivery in the UK. The role offers strategic ownership of project delivery across the portfolio.
You will lead multiple concurrent RC frame and groundworks projects, direct project and site teams, and shape resource planning, budgets and client relationships while upholding HSE standards and driving continuous improvement in delivery performance.
