Synergi Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a confidential FMCG manufacturing site near Northampton. You will lead the site engineering function, manage a team of engineers, drive maintenance improvements and support site projects to reduce downtime.
The role requires hands-on, practical leadership, strong mechanical and electrical understanding, and the ability to manage contractors and budgets while ensuring health and safety compliance.
