As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be involved working on live projects from the start in a variety of sectors from healthcare to education, mechanical services design and calculations, working with supervisors on scheme design concepts, using Revit and 3D BIM modelling software in design production, design co-ordination with other professional disciplines, producing detailed designs and drawings, input into or development of energy and sustainability strategy and dynamic thermal modelling, participating in design team and client meetings, undertaking site visits or surveys, researching and implementing new technologies, continuous CPD and learning opportunities, and your typical work might include Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Control Systems, above ground drainage systems and hot and cold-water services.
