• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects, including providing technical support
• Monitor budgets for clients based on their specifications to ensure work is delivered to budget and timescales
• Liaise with clients and external designers
• Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents to the required technical quality, ensuring designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations and procedures
• Provide electrical building services design to buildings and infrastructure (including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and data systems)
• Identify scope changes, under the change control process, and maintain planning and cost control

• First and foremost, we are looking for an engaging, ambitious and motivated team player. You’ll be someone who loves working as a team, but also enjoys the challenge of working on complex projects independently
• Hold an industry relevant degree, and have 5+ years of Building Services experience
• IT literate with experience using AutoCAD, NES, Amtech, Revit, Dialux/Relux, and MS Office
