Access Talent Group are recruiting for a large international design consultancy for an office in Cardiff but can be flexible of location. Our client is looking for a strong Chartered or near chartered Principal Civil Engineer with the non Infrastructure water sector.

Our client are currently looking for a Principal Engineer who will act as the lead civil design leader. You will be giving expert guidance across the Non infrastructure sector and have to have full project lifecycle experience. The consultancy are currently on 3 major water frameworks who are actively bidding on SRO’s and AMP8 packages across the UK. This consultancy have one of the most versatile water teams in the UK and look for professionals with great technical and delivery background.

If you also wish to develop your project manager experience, you will be acting as a key contact with the project delivery with the client and work on programme and commercial management.

• Have proven experience within the Non infrastructure sector.
• Have worked with water companies and contractors.
• Have technical design experience with Water and sewage treatment plants and pump stations.
• Basic salary up to £55,000
• Global profit shares
• 10% employer contributions
• Flexible working 2 days a week in the office
