Were seeking a proactive, adaptable professional who can work confidently both independently and as part of a team. In this role, youll be key in surveying buildings, collecting samples, and identifying asbestos-containing materials to help ensure the safety of workplaces and communities. Your expertise will support projects across a wide range of sectors, including defence, rail, roads, power stations, retail, heritage, and service industries - giving you the chance to make a real impact every day.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
Undertaking asbestos surveys of a broad range of premises Liaising with clients and Project Managers Accurately recording site information and submitting reports Job requirements To be a successful Asbestos Surveyor, you should be able to demonstrate: BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying Strong asbestos knowledge and understanding of regulations Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
