Due to continual growth and heavy investment they are looking for an Design Engineer/ Draughtsperson to join the team. In this highly varied role, you will play a key role in the technical design team producing manufacturing drawings, bespoke product and component designs, whilst providing technical support and expertise across design based projects. The role will a solution oriented self starter who is looking to work collaboratively with teams across the business to continue to improve standards across the board.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Draughtsperson or Manufacturing Design Engineer from a fabrication, machine shop or general engineering background looking to move into a role offering future progression, training and company benefits.

The Role:

* Producing manufacturing drawings, bespoke product and component designs
* Providing detailed design and material plans
* Project management at various stages from conception to completion

The Person :
* Background in Mechanical Engineering
* Mechanical Design or Fabrication Design background
* Experience with 2D/ 3D CAD
