Salary: £24,570 – £26,000 Per annum

Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent

Join our dynamic team and take a proactive role in upholding site safety standards, maintaining meticulous inventory and financial controls, and assisting in transport planning through effective customer master data management. This customer-focused position demands exceptional customer service skills across various communication platforms.

• Support site management in achieving compliance obligations, inventory, financial, health and safety, and transport.
• Contribute to a safety-first operation and drive towards an incident free workplace.
• Place orders on SAP for delivery/collection.
• Take inbound/outbound calls for customer orders, queries and general information.
• Process orders, refunds/credits and cylinder refill agreements.
• Receive stock in/out on trailers.
• Perform inventory stock control, complete physical stock counts and enter stock counts onto the system.
• Raise and receive purchase orders and ensure correct stock levels are maintained.
• Review daily aborts, cancels and fill returns.
• Support drivers in reviewing daily runs, printing loading sheets and manifests.
• Track our drivers through Telematics system.
• Provide agency time sheets.
• General housekeeping.

• Experienced customer service professional with a positive attitude.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent teamwork ability, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.
• Committed and flexible to meet business demands.
• Can take personal ownership of tasks, especially safety.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP and Tru Tac.
• Articulate with good attention to detail.
