Accounts Assistant - Plymouth - Permanent - Full time or Part Time - £26k-£28k per annum

Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been re-engaged by a well-established Plymouth-based company that delivers high-quality services across the globe. We’re assisting them in finding an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team - either on a full-time or part-time basis. This role focuses on managing payment processing and ensuring financial accuracy across the board.

Reporting to a highly experienced and approachable Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Accounts Payable queries and maintaining the inbox
• Month-end journals
• Managing supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing card payments, expenses, and currency requests
• Providing ad hoc support to the finance team as needed

We’re seeking a team player with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Accounts administration role. You'll be someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly to change, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
