Location: Derriford Business Park, Plymouth – hybrid opportunities available

Hours: 22.2 per week (Wednesday - Friday)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy and enjoys the variety that comes with supporting a busy Finance function. You’ll play a vital role in processing transactions, managing invoices, and keeping our systems up to date – all while working alongside a fun, friendly, and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Posting utilities and supplier invoices to the finance system and preparing them for payment
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable and income postings
  • Raising sales invoices to customers and processing income remittances
  • Supporting the recording of bank and credit card transactions
  • Monitoring finance inboxes, responding to supplier and customer queries by phone or email
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Finance team
  • Helping with ad hoc finance tasks as required
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in a finance role or working with financial data
  • Great communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for accuracy
  • Ability to manage your own workload and juggle priorities effectively
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to learning and development
