Management Accountant

The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the business’s financial operations. This position involves preparing and analysing financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and delivering valuable insights to support informed decision‑making across the organisation.

• Lead the month‑end process, including preparing management accounts and providing clear variance analysis.
• Report and communicate financial performance to stakeholders across the business.
• Manage key accounting processes including accruals, prepayments, VAT returns and reconciliations.
• Contribute to cost control, compliance, audit preparation and ad hoc financial projects.

• Qualified to AAT level or studying towards CIMA/ACCA, with a solid background in management accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
