PURPOSE- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data, trends, and forecasts to influence business performance and profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts that align with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to non-financial stakeholders, translating complex financial information into clear business terms.
- Support project evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and investment appraisals.
- Monitor financial performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and accountability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with business units to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to non-financial stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Monitor and analyse business performance against budgets and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support cost management initiatives and drive continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
- Evaluate financial viability of projects and business initiatives, providing recommendations on investment decisions.
- Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and presentations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong partnerships across departments to ensure financial discipline and promote a data-driven culture.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Expertise in interpreting and presenting complex financial data in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Experience using financial software and ERP systems.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate financial viability of projects and support business growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Ability to quickly understand business operations and contribute immediately to financial strategy and decision‑making.
