• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse financial data, trends, and forecasts to influence business performance and profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts that align with business goals.

• Support project evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and investment appraisals.

• Collaborate with business units to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with organizational goals.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to non-financial stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Monitor and analyse business performance against budgets and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support cost management initiatives and drive continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
• Evaluate financial viability of projects and business initiatives, providing recommendations on investment decisions.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and presentations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Foster strong partnerships across departments to ensure financial discipline and promote a data-driven culture.

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Expertise in interpreting and presenting complex financial data in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Experience using financial software and ERP systems.
• Solid commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate financial viability of projects and support business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Ability to quickly understand business operations and contribute immediately to financial strategy and decision‑making.
