Ringwood Specialist Lending is seeking a 1st Charge Mortgage Case Manager to process 1st charge residential and BTL enquiries from initial contact to completion. You will liaise with brokers, lenders, legal teams and surveyors, supporting AML checks and risk management while driving to meet targets.
The role emphasises strong telephone skills, accurate data capture, and adherence to processing guides and regulatory standards.
