Joining a respected advisory firm with an established client base and strong transaction activity, you'll have the support and resources to create and grow a dedicated Transaction Tax practice. The firm has a strong reputation across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory services, working with entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity-backed organisations, and international groups. With an established Corporate Finance team and a healthy pipeline of M&A activity, the foundations are already in place for continued success.

Your new role As Head of Transaction Tax, you will lead the development of a dedicated Transaction Tax offering, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and shareholder transactions. Working closely with Corporate Finance colleagues and other professional advisers, you'll support clients throughout the deal lifecycle while helping to grow the firm's Transaction Tax capability, build key client relationships, and develop a specialist team.

What you'll need to succeed UK Transaction Tax experience. Strong buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence expertise. Experience advising owner-managed businesses and shareholders. A proven track record in business development and client relationship management. CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
