Bond Williams Professional Recruitment is seeking a Finance Director for a Dorset-based role with a circa £120,000 salary plus bonus. You will lead all finance, treasury and tax activities, partner with the CEO and Board, and shape the finance function for international growth.
The role demands ACA/ACCA/CIMA, senior finance leadership, strong commercial acumen and hands-on execution across budgeting, controls and reporting. A high-growth retail/e-commerce heritage is advantageous.
