Finance Manager

Finance Manager East Sussex | Temporary to Permanent | £50,000-£60,000pa An exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing business based near Bexhill, as Finance Manager. You'll be joining a small, high-performing finance team and working closely with the Group CFO to oversee the day-to-day finance function. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a fully qualified accountant who enjoys working across a broad remit and wants to play a key part in supporting a growing business.

The Role:

Managing and supporting a small finance team Overseeing the day-to-day transactional finance function Preparing and submitting VAT returns Producing monthly management accounts across multiple entities Supporting the Group CFO with budgeting and forecasting Providing financial insight and support to the wider business Helping to improve and develop finance processes as the business continues to grow About You We're looking for a fully qualified accountant ( ACA, ACCA or CIMA ) who is commercially minded, hands-on and keen to make an impact within a growing business.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience managing or leading a small finance team Strong technical accounting and management accounts experience Confidence working across a broad finance remit Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders A proactive and ambitious approach, with the appetite to grow alongside the business The ability to work comfortably in a hands-on environment where no two days are necessarily the same A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Harvey John is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
