working week.
- Financial accounting:Responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping and the accurate recording of all financial transactions of our UK company.
- Accounts reconciliation:Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and complete accounting data.
- Payments processing and cash flow management:Execution and monitoring of payment transactions, including payment processing, verification and cash flow monitoring.
- Invoicing and debt collection:Preparing invoices, monitoring outstanding items, managing debt collection and assisting with the preparation of tax returns.
- Month-end closures and reporting:Assisting with month-end closures, carrying out closing entries, and analysing and preparing relevant financial data.
- Commercialapprenticeshipspecialisinginfinanceorequivalentqualifications
- Substantialprofessionalexperienceinfinancialaccountingisrequired,particularlyinUKtaxlaw
- ProficiencyinMSOfficeandconfidenceinusinganERPsystem
- Goodcommandof Englishisessential
- Excellentcommunicationskills,theabilitytoworkindependentlyandapassionforfinancialaccountingroundoffyourprofile
