As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for supporting adults with varying disabilities to live independently in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with household tasks, personal care, shopping, accessing the community, and encouraging participation in social and leisure activities. You'll need to have a positive, proactive attitude, a person‑centered approach with safeguarding at the heart, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn and participate in mandatory training.
