MLT Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Plymouth.

As part of the placement team, you will be required to offer 180 degree recruitment services to our existing client base. The correct candidate will be tasked with sourcing and engaging with suitable candidates, carrying out interviews before matching them with relevant job roles.

What are we looking for?

A proven recruiter with:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working within a recruitment agency environment.

· Experience of sourcing and matching candidates to various roles.

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Proficient in writing job adverts and specs.

· Experienced in head hunting and candidate engagement.
