Zachary Daniels is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support a UK retail estate. The role is field-based, spending a minimum of three days per week in stores, partnering with Area Managers and Store Leaders to translate commercial priorities into people plans and drive talent and engagement across the region.
You will advise on workforce planning, organisational design, and capability, coaching leaders to build high-performing teams while managing ER matters and employment law.
