Role OverviewAs a Managed Services HR Specialist at our marketing Managed Services firm, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and spearhead people operations. You will partner with leadership to build a high-performing culture, ensuring our workforce possesses the agile skills required in the fast-changing marketing industry.
Core Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for marketing, Web/SEO, UX Design, SDR, Campaign and Program Management roles. Collaborate with leadership to write compelling job descriptions and promote our employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Onboarding & Training
:
Facilitate engaging orientation programs and develop Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks. Upskill teams on emerging digital marketing tools and industry trends.
- Employee Relations & Performance
:
Guide managers and employees through performance reviews, goal setting, and conflict resolution. Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes in all workplace matters.
- Compensation & Benefit
s:
Benchmark and administer competitive remuneration, benefits, and incentive packages designed to retain creative and technical marketing professionals.
- Policy Compliance & Reporti
ng:
Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensure data protection, and manage HR compliance. Track KPIs (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire) to refine HR strategies.
- Experience
: (2-5) years of proven HR generalist or specialist experience, ideally within an agency, B2B services, or tech-enabled environment.
- Education
:
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD in the UK, SHRM/HRCI in the US) are highly preferred.
- Skillset
:
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication, commercial awareness, and relationship-building skills.
- Industry Mindset: Familiarity with marketing services, campaign life cycles, and agency dynamics is highly desirable.
- Global
Experience:
Experience with global HR practices would be a great asset for us.
